The fruits for this sparkling wine have been handpicked from vineyards in Martinsdorf in the month of September. Grapes are whole-bunch pressed and only the juice from primary pressing is used. The traditional method of bottle fermentation is being followed.
Brilliant yellow with golden hues in colour and fine sparkles, this wine opens with a fruity nose of apples and a subtle zest, quite playful in its multi-layered aromas. The mineral palate displays a creamy consistency which persists through an elegant long lingering finish.
