The fruits for this sparkling wine have been handpicked from vineyards in Martinsdorf in the month of September.
Grapes are whole-bunch pressed and only the juice from primary pressing is used. Traditional bottle-fermentation.
Brilliant yellow with golden hues in colour and fine sparkles, this wine opens with a fruity nose of apples and a subtle zest, quite playful in its multi-layered aromas. The mineral palate displays a creamy consistency which persists through an elegant long lingering finish.
