The fruits for this sparkling wine have been handpicked from vineyards in Martinsdorf in the month of September. Grapes are whole-bunch pressed and only the juice from primary pressing is used. Traditional bottle-fermentation.
A delicate, light pink, radiant, with fine bubbles. A subtle aroma of red berries, delicate spicy notes, complex and playful. On the palate, creamy consistency, firm, with well-integrated acidity. Mineral, with a long, elegant, and invigorating finish.
