The vineyards Ralessen and Plesslberg have loam, chalk and gravel soils.
Intensely violet in colour, this red shows aromas of dark berries with a breath of smooth wooden, eucalyptus and tobacco notes. The full body and silky tannin create a rich but well-balanced palate and a complex finish.
A perfect match for well-seasoned steaks and lamb dishes.
