SAUVIGNON BLANC SEKTAUSTRIA BRUT
The grapes come 100% from Martinsdorfer vineyards, harvested at the beginning of September. Whole-cluster pressing and separation of the pressed must are the basis for this sparkling wine, produced using the traditional method of bottle fermentation.
Light golden yellow, radiant, fine perlage. Fine scent of gooseberries, black currants and green apples, complex and playful. Creamy consistency on the palate, firm, well integrated acidity. Mineral, long finish, elegant and stimulating.
