SAUVIGNON BLANC SELEKTION
The vines from several selections grow on somewhat "cooler" loam and gravel soils, the name of the location is Schricker Bergen, in the area of the course of the Urdonau.
Spontaneously fermented in 500l barrels, malolactic, left on the full yeast for one year, then filled unfiltered.
Rich straw yellow. Intense, fruity aromas of gooseberries, elderflower and black currant, strong body, elegant and well-integrated acidity, very aromatic. Long, harmonious finish.
