URDONAU-SCHOTTER SAUVIGNON BLANC
The vineyard is located in Schricker-Bergen providing cooler loam-loess-gravel soils.
Bright lime-green in colour, this white is lush and fruity on the nose with a breath of gooseberry, elderflowers and cassis. Medium bodied with an elegant arc of acidity and layers of aromas unfolding well into a long and harmonious finish.
Serve with seafood dishes or reasonably spiced Thai curries with chicken or vegetables.
